We are looking for an Account Coordinator for our Spirits division.  

This is an entry-level position that works closely with Junior Account Executives and Account Executives to fulfill administrative client and agency needs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Media monitoring / recaps and press clippings
  • Scheduling / calendar management
  • Main line phone coverage
  • Maintaining product inventory and fulfilling product send-outs
  • Managing contact lists
  • Recording and distributing call notes
  • Facilitating product and imagery requests with clients
  • Compiling weekly or bi-weekly and monthly press reports
  • Managing mailers including client reimbursement form
  • Liaise with LA office on product needs

Responsibilities include:

  • Serves as the key client contact and effectively managing the daily workflow of 6-8 accounts while driving consistent media results
  • Manages high-end media relations and providing strategic counsel to client and team with regard to media opportunities
  • Works to define and analyze target markets and using positioning strategies to define a unique product identity
  • Develop, deliver and lead strategic client programs and initiatives without direction

We are hiring an outstanding Influencer Manager within our Influencer Division.  The candidate we are seeking must have 3-5 years of Agency or In-house experience in VIP services. Candidate must have excellent relationships with talent, managers and agents. Strong stylist contacts are a plus. 

Experience in Talent booking for events and campaigns is necessary and understanding how to negotiate deals are integral to the role. Ability to perform within a fast-paced, multi-priority setting and a passion for the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies for brands.
  • Create influencer and brand ambassador campaigns.
  • Track influencer coverage and compile reports that show the results of the campaign results.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the planning and execution of multi-channel projects
  • Research, source, and secure vendors/partners/permits and negotiating contracts
  • Coordinates and communicates with clients, internal team members, vendors, and outside consultants
  • Works with the team to evaluate, develop and estimate costs, timelines, concepts, designs, goals, etc.
  • Participates in brainstorms and client meetings

Responsibilities include:

  • Taking direction from written or spoken ideas and converting them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box as well as work within parameters of brand guidelines when necessary; consult with clients' marketing teams to create cohesive designs that reflect a client's culture and goals

We are looking for an Assistant Bookkeeper for our New York office to assist in managing day-to-day accounting and finance activity. This is a junior-level position working closely with the Controller for those with a minimum of 1 year experience. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, skilled multi-tasker, reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines.

Are you a college student looking to explore marketing, public relations, events, and more?

We are always looking for ambitious, bright individuals to join our Internship Program.

We currently run three sessions: fall, spring, and summer. All internships must be in exchange for school credit.

Interns will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day, cross-departmental operations of SHADOW, assist account teams, sit in on brainstorms, attend industry events, and much more. We also provide a curriculum throughout the program taught by the agency's senior staff in an intimate "classroom" setting, providing a valuable foundational knowledge of today's industry landscape.
